I want to thank everyone at Integrated Martial Arts in Brisbane. The best mma school in Australia. I had a great time working out there last week.

Hey Keith, as an Aussie UFC fan it was great to have u in OZ mate. Thought you were real unlucky in that fight.....reckon you won the first two rounds.

One lucky punch......

Dont think you have as far back to come as you think.....there are champion days ahead....

About This Blog

I was born in Butte, Montana.
A proud town known for its hard nosed rough sort of people. From there, I moved to a small town in Central Oregon where I spent a number of years before moving to Southern California. This is where I went to Canoga Park High School and then LA pierce Junior College.

I spent my last two years of college football at a division II school in Las Vegas New Mexico called New Mexico Highlands University. I finished playing football there and then coached for a few years when I met a guy teaching mma at the local rec. center. I was sold right away and drove to Albuquerque to meet Greg Jackson, who was already well known in the area. I then decided to move to Albuquerque to train with him. That was in 2000 and I have been here every since.

I got my big break in 2005 when, after my training partner Diego Sanchez did so well on The Ultimate Fighter season 1 where I got the opportunity to be on the second season of the show. Although I didn't win, I learned a lot from both Rich Franklin and my training partners while at the same time developing lifelong friendships. The show was great for my career, and has given me the opportunity to become a full time fighter and to progress to where I am today.

I have had 11 fights now in the UFC and I am currently regarded as one of the best fighters in the world.
