Hey suck ass have you yourself ever steped in the cage and or a ring. Easy to talk about being Ko'ed at least some of us have had the guts to take the risk. If you fight long enough it will and does happen. Thats why its called fighting.

So Keith Jardin has a new gym and a fight team. His guy was supposed to come and fight in Silver City. The guy weighed in, paid his fees and then just didn't show up the night of the fight. What is that about? You would think that he would want to help improve his image, but he just made it worse. This situation showed how unprofessional this gym and fight team really are.

Just want to say thank you to the "Dean of Mean" for taking the time to pose for a picture with the Panther's Little League team. It is not everyday a public figure takes time out of their day to support our children and take an interest. Thank you!

You people are freaking ridiculous!! You have NO idea how hard this man has worked to get to where he's at! This has affected every aspect of his life and body. It's very excruciating. And as far as him being KO'd that just goes to show the REAL man that he is.. Every champ has lost one or two or even three or four times dumb ass.. NOBODY is perfect. We are human beings. And his fighter not showing up, isnt his fault.. Maybe the guy had a family emergency, death, or he got ill, again.. These peole are human, not robots! And you obviously have NEVER stepped foot in a ring before, because if you have you'd know better than to write some gay ass shit like this!! This page is for people to support his success, not hate on him! Get a life you freaking fat pot smoking LOSERS!!

I agree with those who understand what it takes to stand tall in the ring. I believe those who have not been there have no right to whine. I have been there, but more importantly when I hear you complain I look for the right moment when I can jerk you aside and kick your f@#*ing ass in less than 10 seconds. Beware of the guys like me that are near you!!

Keith will never be forgot. In the ring or on the street.

About This Blog

I was born in Butte, Montana.
A proud town known for its hard nosed rough sort of people. From there, I moved to a small town in Central Oregon where I spent a number of years before moving to Southern California. This is where I went to Canoga Park High School and then LA pierce Junior College.

I spent my last two years of college football at a division II school in Las Vegas New Mexico called New Mexico Highlands University. I finished playing football there and then coached for a few years when I met a guy teaching mma at the local rec. center. I was sold right away and drove to Albuquerque to meet Greg Jackson, who was already well known in the area. I then decided to move to Albuquerque to train with him. That was in 2000 and I have been here every since.

I got my big break in 2005 when, after my training partner Diego Sanchez did so well on The Ultimate Fighter season 1 where I got the opportunity to be on the second season of the show. Although I didn't win, I learned a lot from both Rich Franklin and my training partners while at the same time developing lifelong friendships. The show was great for my career, and has given me the opportunity to become a full time fighter and to progress to where I am today.

I have had 11 fights now in the UFC and I am currently regarded as one of the best fighters in the world.
