Bodybuilding is gay

Leaving the weight gym now. 2 guys are working on their poses in thier underwear. Would take their pic but would be even more gay. Not that there is anything wrong with it...

Some may say two men wrestling on a mat is gay as well...people shouldn't throw stones when they live in glass houses! Just sayin!!

You do know you do a sport where you wrestle another dude on the ground in underwear. I mean there's a submission called the rear naked choke. If you didn't mind homosexuality, you wouldn't have said anything at all. You lost a fan from your homophobic statement, sorry man, later.

Maybe if you hit the weights you could win a fight.

Really... you guys are like school on Sunday; no class. It was a joke. When did it become honorable to be so disrespectful.

P.S. Who ever compares MMA to homosexuality show that they know no more about MMA than penguin knows about astrophysics.

Dude, really?! I'd like to see the person who said "maybe if you hit the weights youd win a fight" say that to him in person. . .

Just sayin, Keith is pretty bad-ass and hes got some pretty good skills. (Although I do watch it mostly for the hot dudes in chonies) ha!

I am not a fan of bodybuilding. But a guy who makes his living letting a sweaty, greased, grown man man in his underwear lay between his legs should not cast stones. Just saying.

Going toe to toe with another human in a combative sport is way different than posing toe to toe with a mirror, you small men syndrome fellas, admiring your shrunken packages gay guy #1, #2 and diffenetly golds gym gay guy #3. Haha.

for this situation, he would have expected to use no less than a couple of weeks to get his body adapted for the weights again and it would have taken him an additional week, or perhaps two, Arimidex

If you intend to take bodybuilding seriously, you really only have two choices... You can do it naturally or you can use steroids. Building up size.

About This Blog

I was born in Butte, Montana.
A proud town known for its hard nosed rough sort of people. From there, I moved to a small town in Central Oregon where I spent a number of years before moving to Southern California. This is where I went to Canoga Park High School and then LA pierce Junior College.

I spent my last two years of college football at a division II school in Las Vegas New Mexico called New Mexico Highlands University. I finished playing football there and then coached for a few years when I met a guy teaching mma at the local rec. center. I was sold right away and drove to Albuquerque to meet Greg Jackson, who was already well known in the area. I then decided to move to Albuquerque to train with him. That was in 2000 and I have been here every since.

I got my big break in 2005 when, after my training partner Diego Sanchez did so well on The Ultimate Fighter season 1 where I got the opportunity to be on the second season of the show. Although I didn't win, I learned a lot from both Rich Franklin and my training partners while at the same time developing lifelong friendships. The show was great for my career, and has given me the opportunity to become a full time fighter and to progress to where I am today.

I have had 11 fights now in the UFC and I am currently regarded as one of the best fighters in the world.
