Jardine Combat Performance  /  Albuquerque, NM

I build fighters who belong in ranked company.

Fifteen years inside elite cages and gyms. One performance lab. A roster of working athletes who show up on fight night prepared — not hopeful.

  • 15+Years coaching
  • 312Camps prepared
  • 224Pro wins
  • 180+Remote athletes

A letter from the coach

I don't sell shortcuts. I sell the work — and I work with you.

You didn't find this page by accident. You're a working fighter — or you're about to be — and you've already figured out that the gap between "talented" and "ranked" isn't talent. It's the camp. The twelve weeks nobody sees. The conditioning that holds up in round three. The reads your corners miss. The weight cut you almost didn't make. The injury you almost didn't.

I've lived that gap from the other side of the cage. Fifteen years inside the Lab, two hundred-plus fight camps on the books, and a remote roster that wakes up in fourteen different time zones and trains like the work matters — because it does. I've watched athletes blow up on regional cards because nobody wrote them a real program. I've watched equally talented athletes stall out because nobody taught them how to read a camp, pace a round, or come back from a bad weight cut.

That's the job. Not motivational posters. Not "elite training" as a marketing phrase. The actual job: writing a camp that fits your body, your record, your opponent, and the twelve weeks you actually have. Then running it with you, week by week, until you walk to the cage prepared.

I'm not for everyone. I'm not interested in athletes who want a PDF and a pat on the back. I'm interested in fighters who are willing to be coached — to be told their wind is a problem, their right hand is a liability, their cut is going to break them if they don't fix it now. That's the work. That's what I sell.

The Track Record

Fifteen years. One lab. A roster that wins on fight night.

A timeline of the milestones worth measuring — the founding of the Lab, the award that put it on the map, the curriculum other gyms now run, and the roster that quietly keeps growing.

  1. 2009

    The Lab opens in Albuquerque.

Jardine Combat Performance Lab is founded at 4129 Montgomery Blvd NE — a single room, a single mat, and a system built on the coach's own fight-camp scars. The first remote athlete dials in three weeks later.

  2. 2018

Fighters Only Coach of the Year.

Named 2018 MMA Coach of the Year by Fighters Only magazine. The Lab's roster crosses 80 active competitors for the first time, and the first Performance of the Night bonus lands under Keith's programming.

  3. 2021

    The Cage-Ready curriculum ships.

Keith publishes the Cage-Ready conditioning curriculum — a sport-specific system blending NSCA-CSCS principles with HRV-based readiness tracking. It is adopted by 120+ combat-sport academies inside eighteen months.

  4. 2026

180+ athletes. 14 countries. One standard.

The Lab's remote roster passes 180 active competitors across fourteen countries. The systems Keith built in 2009 now underpin fight-camp programming in 60+ partner gyms across eleven countries — and the win rate keeps climbing.

The Next Step

Bring your record. I'll bring the camp plan.

A 30-minute fight-camp consultation — phone or video. We walk through your last fight, your next opponent, and the twelve weeks between here and the cage. You leave with a written plan, even if you never book a day of remote coaching.
